Harbor Freight Tools

As a local service business, we rely on places like Harbor Freight to get reasonably priced tools quickly. What makes this place so great is people like Addie who work here. Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. After I walked around for a few minutes and couldn't find the little pump up airbags I was looking for, I went to her and she knew exactly what I was talking about and right where to find them. Refreshing considering customer service is non-existent anymore.

Good selection of decent tools for cheap. It's a great place to get tools if you're starting out, you know you won't use them very often, if you're on a budget, or if name brands don't mean much to you. Very rarely have we had a problem with any of the tools or other items bought here. Staff is always helpful. Last time I went the cashier was nice and able to find me an item in the back that wasn't in stock on the shelf.

I’m very picky whenever it comes to shopping and customer experience and customer service. But I have to say, the supervisor (I believe her name began with an “R”) was super friendly, quick, and helpful whenever it came to most of the products there. She has a personality that cannot be unmatched and has such a friendly smile. I will definitely be going back there! To the sweet supervisor, thank you for making my shopping experience great!

I love this store! Always has what I need, reasonably priced and a bunch of stuff I just really want! I could get carried away in here so easily.

I was unable to locate the RED cart that I came to purchase. I notice 4 adult men working on displays, instead of helping customers. These displays should have been completed prior to the store opening up. I had to go to them, one of them said, “we have them in the back, you want it” very rude. I said yes. He wheeled it out and know one bother to assist me load it in the car, the weight was 80lbs. When I brought the 2 wheeler back in, they were just standing there watching me from the window. I do not recommend anyone shopping at this location
